Epco shift knobs are made from high impact polymer resin, specifically formulated by Epco for the automobile industry, not to develop stress cracks with aging. The master
insert in the shift knobs (brass or aluminum) exceeds the auto industries specification of 200 ft. lbs. static pull and 20 ft. lbs. twist torque test. Epco shift knobs are precision
machined and polished to a high gloss finish.
Epco Warranty
Epco shift knobs are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship. Liabilities are limited to the cost of the shift knob only. Epco is not responsible in any form for
the misuse and/or improper installation of our shift knob. Epco shift knobs are not recommended for racing unless certified by Epco.
Colors may appear differently on the computer screen as opposed to the actual product.
Return Policy
All request for returns must be submitted in writing for approval by Epco, Inc. and are subjected to the following conditions:
a.) Purchaser must submit an itemized list of all articles to be returned including quantity, product description and reasons for return.
b.) Epco will then issue a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
c.) All merchandise must be returned to Epco, Inc. freight paid. Prepaid freight is not reimbursable or deductible from any outstanding balance.
d.) Epco, Inc. will replace any defective merchandise only after inspection.
e.) No credit will be allowed unless issued by Epco, Inc. after inspection of returned goods.
f.) No credit will be issued for custom manufactured products unless deemed to be defective. Embedment knobs are considered custom knobs and therefore are
non-refundable.
Returned merchandise not complying with the above conditions will not be accepted at Epco, Inc. and will be returned freight collect.
